Hi! I'm Jordyn
I’ve always felt drawn to yoga throughout my life, especially during seasons that felt chaotic or overwhelming. Yoga became the place where I could slow down, breathe, and return to myself. Over time, I realized it wasn’t just movement. It was a pathway back to grounding, self-trust, and empowerment.
When I discovered Yoga Therapy, it was a lightbulb moment. Everything I had been searching for: a space to feel supported, to understand my emotions, and to build a deeper relationship with my own body, was right here. Now, I hold that space for others.

I work with people who are ready to uplevel their lives. Those who want to care for themselves, release old stories, and step into a more aligned and confident version of who they are. Through gentle yoga therapy, guided relaxation, nervous system regulation, journaling prompts, and self-reflection, I help you reconnect with your inner wisdom and build trust, strength, and compassion within your body and mind.
