About Me
There have been many seasons in my life where I’ve felt stuck. Patterns or habits I couldn’t seem to break and stuck in limiting beliefs that were holding me back.
More recently I have had times I’ve been stuck in that in between. So close to where I want to go and not quite ready to leave where I am.
Many times I tried to think my way out of it and that left me overwhelmed, tired and burnt out.
It wasn’t until I began doing deeper personal work that things started to shift. Through coaching, I was introduced to practices that helped me reconnect with my body. Practices like breathwork, intentional slowing down, and creating space to actually listen to myself.
Instead of constantly searching for answers outside of me, I learned how to pause and find them within.
That experience changed everything.

My Path to This Work
That journey opened doors of what felt aligned for me. I had desired becoming a yoga teacher for years and kept putting it off. It finally felt aligned and as I was signing up to begin that journey, I was introduced to Yoga Therapy.
When I discovered yoga therapy, it felt like a lightbulb moment.
It felt like the missing piece of what I was supposed to do with my life and how I could connect with people who feel the same way I had.
Through this practice I would be able to teach people:

The importance of slowing down.

The connection between the mind and body.

And the idea that healing doesn’t come from pushing harder, but from learning how to listen.
I realized this was the space I wanted to hold for others.
How I Work
Today, I support individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves.
My approach is not about fixing you or giving you all the answers. Instead, I create a space where you can slow down, reconnect with your body, and begin to explore what may be coming up for you physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Through personalized yoga therapy sessions, we use gentle movement, breathwork, and guided awareness to help you:

explore patterns or beliefs that may be keeping you stuck

begin moving forward in a way that feels aligned and supportive
Each session is customized to you, because no two people or journeys are the same.
