Yoga Classes

At Whole Body Health & Wellness, yoga classes are designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and create space to breathe and move with intention. Whether you're new to yoga or returning to your practice, classes are welcoming, supportive, and beginner-friendly.

All classes are held at The Unwinding Space, a calming environment created to support rest, reflection, and mindful movement.

This class offers a more traditional yoga flow designed to help you release stress and reset after the start of the week. Through intentional movement and breath awareness, you'll build strength, improve mobility, and leave feeling refreshed and grounded.

This class may include:

  • flowing yoga sequences

  • breath-guided movement

  • gentle strength and mobility work

  • moments of stillness to reconnect with yourself

Perfect if you want to move your body, clear your mind, and reset your energy for the week.

Thursday Restore

Whole Body Restore is a slower, more restorative practice designed to help your body unwind and your nervous system settle.  This class focuses on gentle movement, longer-held poses, and relaxation practices that support deep rest and reconnection.

This class may include:

  • slow, mindful movement

  • restorative postures

  • breathwork to calm the nervous system

  • guided relaxation

Perfect if you are feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or simply need space to slow down and reconnect.

These classes may be a great fit if you:

  • are new to yoga or returning after time away

  • want a supportive and non-competitive environment

  • are feeling stressed or overwhelmed and want time to reset

  • want to reconnect with your body through mindful movement

  • prefer classes that encourage listening to your body rather than pushing past your limits

Both classes are beginner friendly and offer modifications so you can move in a way that feels right for your body.
