Blissful: A Yoga Nidra & Sound Experience
Pause Before The Holiday Rush
The holidays can be a beautiful time of year but let's be honest, they can also bring extra expectations, endless to-do lists, busy schedules, and a little more stress than we would like.
Between work, family responsibilities, and trying to make the season special for everyone, it is easy to forget about yourself.
Before the holiday rush begins, we're inviting you to take 90 minutes for YOU.
Join us for a restorative experience designed to help you slow down, release tension, and step away from the noise of everyday life. Through gentle movement, guided Yoga Nidra meditation, and the soothing sound of crystal bowls, you'll have space to breathe, unwind, and simply rest.
No expectations. No pressure. No experience needed.
Just 90 minutes where you don't have to take care of anyone else. You simply get to receive.

What is Yoga Nidra:
Think of it as rest with a little guidance,
If you've never experienced Yoga Nidra before, think of it as an invitation to rest. Often called "yogic sleep," Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practiced while lying comfortably on your back. There are no poses to remember, no movement to perform, and no meditation experience required.
Throughout the practice, you'll be gently guided into a state of deep relaxation where your body can completely unwind while your mind remains softly aware. Many people describe it as the peaceful space between being awake and asleep. A place where the nervous system can settle and the body has an opportunity to restore.
There's nothing you need to achieve and no "right" way to experience Yoga Nidra. Simply get comfortable, listen, and allow yourself the rare gift of slowing down.
Every Yoga Nidra experience is unique. Some people leave feeling deeply rested, others feel lighter, more grounded, or simply grateful they gave themselves permission to pause. However you experience it, the practice meets you exactly where you are.
