What to Expect
The Process
Every yoga therapy journey begins with understanding you and your goals.
Before our first session, you will complete an in-depth intake form that helps provide insight into your experiences, challenges, and what you hope to gain from our work together.
During our first session, we will review your intake for together, discuss your goals, and begin exploring practices that may support you. From there, each session is thoughtfully customized based on what you need and what unfolds throughout the process.
Sessions may include:
• therapeutic movement
• breathwork
• guided awareness practices
• relaxation techniques
• exploration of patterns or limiting beliefs
The focus is always on supporting your unique path forward.

Session Structure
Yoga Therapy is designed as a supportive process that unfolds over time. Most clients complete the 8-session package over the course of approximately eight weeks, allowing space for consistency and integration between sessions.
Your first session is a more in-depth experience and typically lasts about two hours. During this time we review your intake form, discuss your goals and experiences, and begin exploring practices that may support you.
Follow-up sessions typically last between 60 - 120 minutes, depending on what arises during our time together and what feels most supportive for you.
Because each session is personalized, the structure may evolve as we continue working together.
